Striker Ibrahim Kazindula Set for Horseed Move

Robust center forward Ibrahim Kazindula is set to complete his long awaited transfer move to Somalia based club, Horseed Football Club.

This move follows the Kazindula’s departure from Kyetume football club where he played in the last campaign before FUFA ordered the club to release his passport accompanied by a compensation fee (2.76m) after a breach of contract.

Besides the Slaughters, Kazindula has previously played for Jinja based side, Kirinya Jinja SS (now Busoga United) and FUFA Big League side Nyamityobora FC based in Mbarara.

If the deal materializes, he will join a bunch of several Ugandans trading their fare in Somalia including Elkanah Nkugwa (Mogadishu City Council), Shafiq Avemah and Hamdan Nsubuga, both featuring at Elman Sports Club.

Others include Stephen Ategeka and Nicholas Kagaba (Gaadiidka), Ivan Lubaale and Vincent Egesa (Midmino).

Coached by Ugandan CAF “A” licensed tactician Alex Isabirye, Horseed FC will take part in the 2020/2021 CAF Confederation Cup.

The 2020/21 Somalia Premier League is earmarked for Saturday, 28th November 2020.
